- All my pieces are precious, so will be sent by Australia Post using insured express post requiring a signature on delivery
- I will contact you with a tracking number once your item has been posted
- Your jewellery will be carefully packaged in its own luxury jewellery box to insure its safe arrival and will be insured during transit
- All orders are sent to the address you provide at checkout, so let me know promptly if you require postage to another address
- If you are sending to someone other than yourself as a gift, please let me know by email, so that I do not include a receipt
- When posting to another country I am required to state the value of the item on a customs form. It is the buyers responsibility to pay any taxes that customs might claim
Payment is quick and easy, I accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Apple Pay, AfterPay and Shopify Pay.
When a payment has been taken you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed. If you are struggling to pay online please contact me directly as I can process your order by email or by phone.
Jeanette Dyke can also provide an independent valuation for your order. This is especially handy for insurance purposes for special items like engagement and wedding rings. The cost for our independent valuations is $130 AUD and includes a certificate and images of the piece for your records.

CUSTOM ORDERS AND MADE TO ORDER
Orders for items that are made to order and custom orders will take longer.
I complete custom orders as quickly as possible and will let you know the estimated date of shipping when you place your order.
Custom orders, items made to order and rings ordered to size cannot be cancelled once you have place an order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
It is very important to me that you are happy with your jewellery, If you believe that your purchase faulty, please contact me immediately. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any concerns you may have as I appreciate the opportunity to correct any problems.
Jeanette checks and packages all of her jewellery to ensure it is in perfect condition before she sends it to you.
All of Jeanette’s jewellery is handmade, so there will be inherent quirks and natural imperfections due to the way products are crafted. Please be sure to select your items carefully, as we can only offer refunds in the case that a product is faulty.
We can offer ring re-sizing (at cost) if you order the wrong size.

We only offer exchanges on items that are in stock and ready to ship. If you order the wrong in stock item or would like to change the style of your in stock item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item via post. Anything returned after this date will not be exchanged unless the item is faulty.
Please note that exchanges and returns are not possible with custom orders, items made by hand to order, sale items and rings ordered to size.
All exchanges need to be unworn and returned to Jeanette Dyke at Montsalvat in the same condition and packaging as it was received. Please ship the jewellery back to Jeanette using insured express post with signature required. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility. I will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen or mishandled.
If you return something to us that is faulty, we will credit the shipping cost back to you.

I will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.
Custom-ordered jewellery, jewellery made by hand to order, sale items and custom-sized rings are non refundable.
Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt exchange and a notification will be sent once the exchange has been processed.
I reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at my sole discretion.
